Icy Village (also known as White like Snow) is a stage located somewhere on the South Pole, where the events of the stop motion cartoon Pingu takes place and where the titular character, his family and his friends reside thought the entirety of the franchise.
In M.U.G.E.N, Icy Village has been created by Mulambo.

Mulambo's version is made up entirely with custom sprites. Several characters can be seen in the background, most notably Pingu's fathers dressed in his mailman outfit looking in dissaproval to the fight, Pingu's mother holding a baby penguin drinking thought a milk bottle, two penguins playing with a ball, Punki looking at the fight and hockey players skying far away in the background. At the top of the stage seagulls can be seen flying and a happy cartoony sun shines the icy village from the left part of stage.
