This edition of Waluigi uses Infinity Mugen Team's infamous Eternity of Heroes template, giving it various bugs. Curiously enough, this version also seems to have a similar moveset to Chaseallendiaz's Luigi, possibly hinting at being a spriteswap or having stolen coding, but unlike said character, it has all of its Hypers left in a more finished state.
Mamaluigi339's version of Waluigi uses the infamous Marvel vs. Capcom: Eternity of Heroes template. As such, it uses six buttons, and has similar traits to a Marvel vs. Capcom-styled character. It posses a launcher with air combos, a push block, imperfect chain comboing, and easy to activate Specials and Hypers.
Waluigi has two Specials and two Hypers. In terms of comboing, Waluigi isn't great, as it can't safely chain from Ⓧ / Ⓐ all the way up to Ⓩ / Ⓒ. However, Waluigi also has an infinite. To pull this off, the player must hold and tap Ⓧ in a rhythmic fashion. Waluigi does seem to have smoother aerial raves, but overall, is still limited compared to others, as none of its Specials or Hypers are useable in the air.
Waluigi uses custom A.I. It uses various moves in a spammy manner, wether it be from a distance or close up. Projectile oriented characters seem to best fit for dealing with this character.
