This is a balanced version of the creator's first Fidget Spinner character and is included with said character, with the filename being "spineasy"; the damage of the majority of the character's moves was toned down significantly, especially the tornado moves that were originally very cheap, and the easy infinite was fixed, though everything else remains unchanged.
This version of Spinner is virtually identical to the first version in terms of gameplay, moveset, aesthetics and A.I., but the damage or duration of the majority of Spinner's moves was significantly decreased, which is especially noticable in the Ⓑ and Ⓧ moves, as they no longer OHKO or neraly OHKO the opponent, and it no longer has attacking hitboes while walking and only has attacking hitboxes for a short time while running, preventing the easy infinite from the first version from working. The Ⓒ move was changed so that Spinner now has hitboxes and can be hit during the attack, although it can still deal huge amount of damage if the player continuously moves toward the opponent. The airborne Ⓑ move has been replaced with another copy of the airborne Ⓒ and Ⓩ move. Everything else remains unchanged, however, which means that Spinner still has infinite priority on the majority of its moves and can't be hit during those moves, rendering it still somewhat cheap.
