Origin

Pokémon

Feraligatr is a Water-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is the final evolution of Totodile, which is the Water-type starter Pokémon of the Johto region. It appears at #009 in the Johto Pokédex and #160 in the National Pokédex.

Feraligatr are known for their huge jaws, a part of their bodies they use effectively when hunting prey. First, they use their jaws to intimidate the prey, causing it to flinch in terror. Then, they charge at incredible speeds, finally biting into the victim savagely.

In M.U.G.E.N, Feraligatr has been made by DarkWolf13. It uses sprites from Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs and sound clips of Nero from Melty Blood.

Gameplay[]

Feraligatridle

Feraligatr has a very limited moveset, utilising only the X and Y for standard attacks and Z for its only hyper. Due to its limited moveset, it has very little room for combo versatility, meaning that simply alternating between X and Y attacks provides the only combos it can pull off, and if timed well, can trap the opponent indefinitely. The character also contains a couple of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 mechanics, with those being Guard Push and Super Jump.
