This Deoxys is a somewhat modified Kung Fu Man in similar vein to the rest of Omegabros6's characters; because of this, It doesn't have an overly versatile moveset outside of its various Normals and two moves that cost Power. Perhaps as a result of the character's spam-happy nature, Deoxys is plagued with many easy infinites.
Deoxys is a four-button character that plays very much like Kung Fu Man, as it is an edit of said character. It comes equipped with only one special, and one hyper. Its stats are fairly inflated all round, despite this Deoxys constantly switching between formes. As with almost all Kung Fu Man edits, Deoxys uses (X) for a light punch, and (Y) for a stronger punch, the same applying to (A) and (B). This character overall isn't very fast, as it keeps the same running speed of Kung Fu Man.
In terms of its moveset, Deoxys has very little to offer, if anything. It has no reliable Specials and only one Hyper, which is ironically useless compared to its only Special. The only way to play with this character is to use its basic attacks repeatedly until enough Power is available to use either its Hyper or its Special. Its basic attacks are very fast, using them with good enough timing will render any normal opponent unable to fight back at all. If facing a particularly small foe, Deoxys' attacks may not even reach said opponent due to the hitboxes being too high, making this character extremely difficult to play as in some situations.
Deoxys' A.I. wouldn't normally pose much of threat, owing to its tendency to use attacks randomly at any distance it chooses; what actually makes Deoxys' A.I. threatening is the overpowered aspects of the character such as the long reaching attacks it possesses coupled with infinite priority, this threat is amplified by Deoxys always unleashing either its Special or Hyper as soon as has obtained enough power to do so. Deoxys' A.I. will frequently block attacks, although not to the degree that it always tries to do so, which allows for the character to be overcome relatively easily by ruthlessly going on the offensive against it.
