DDR(a.k.a Derrick D. Rowell) is a MUGEN creator. He seems to only make characters. He makes characters from cartoons such as Looney Tunes. He used to make them for fun, but nowadays, he is saying you must pay him (Sponsor) in order for him to make another character. He even has a forum in his website. DDR has a unique way of making his characters. They aren't like any other characters. For instance, you will notice that the sprites he does are a little bit bright (Except for Peter Griffin) and outlined in black. Another thing is that his characters projectiles are the same. The rocks and lightning are the same. He also created a screenpack called SMM. He also shows the Sponsers and Donaters list. Nick korey paid for Zeus and Louis Caruso paid for Sho Nuff. DDR also sells T-shirts of the Dark Street Heroes and Moma Susta, for $20.00.
