Pokémon

Chikorita is a Grass-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is the first stage of the Meganium evolution family and evolves into Bayleef. It is the Grass-type starter of the Johto region. It appears at #001 in the Johto Pokédex and #152 in the National Pokédex.

Chikorita are docile, kind-hearted Pokémon that like to relax and soak up the sun's rays. They use the leaf on their heads to ward away opponents and detect the temperature and humidity of the area. The leaf is also said to give off a refreshing aroma.

In M.U.G.E.N, two version of Chikorita have been made, one by Omega Clarens and another by Bruno_SS.
