Characters that can fly

This category should contain character versions that are able to fly around the stage, either as their sole method of movement (typically found in boss characters), or as alternate aerial movement (commonly associated with early Dragon Ball characters). Flight is either restricted (the character is bound within a specific area of the screen and/or they can only fly for a set duration) or unrestricted (the character is only limited by the stage's size and they can fly indefinitely).
