Toy Story

Buzz Lightyear is a character from Disney's Toy Story series, as well as the protagonist of his own cartoon series, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.

Buzz is depicted as a "space ranger" who works for Star Command. In the Toy Story film series, Buzz initially believes he is genuinely the Buzz Lightyear and not merely a toy, seeking to find a way back into space, but eventually accepts that he was wrong. As an actual character, Buzz is able to fly using the wings in his suit, as well as fire a laser from his right arm.

In M.U.G.E.N, Buzz Lightyear was made by Adrian. The character's sprites are crudely edited from Zangief's Street Fighter Alpha\Capcom vs SNK sprites, barely resembling Buzz at all in certain animations.

Adrian's first version

As a sprite edit of Zangief, most of Buzz's attacks are identical to the Red Cyclone's, often to the point where they become unfitting, such his many grapples. Buzz does have attacks one would deem more fitting, such as lasers, but they're poorly coded and heavily overpowered, easily taking away roughly half of the opponent's life, and lacking any form of power usage. He also uses sound bites from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, but they are of very poor quality. Buzz seems to be A.I. only, not helped that he chooses to abuse his laser hyper and projectiles.

Adrian's second version

Adrian's re-release is fixed so that the character is now playable. His punches are his light, medium and heavy attacks, while A is makes him roll, B makes him jump (even though he can jump by pressing up like any other character) and C serves as a hyper button. However, many of the flaws seen in the first version are still present.
