This version is meant to be an adaptation of Brocken's appearance in World Heroes Perfect. As such, it has six buttons, a "Hero" version of a certain Special Move (although, like with Mouser's World Heroes chars, to do the move you press two buttons instead of one when the meter is full), and Specials being done the same way it was in the source game. The Hurricane Arm is done the same way as it was in the source game, unlike the other two versions. There is a deviation from the source, however: the German Explosion is done with Down Down Down X, Y, or Z instead of Y+A Y+X+A; in fact, no known version of Brocken features the German Explosion being done this way.
The ABC Special is not done with X+Y+A, but is instead done with X+A. Other than that, it's the same as the source. On the ground, Brocken's head will pop up, and it will be open to attacks. The benefits to this, if timed right, it could be used for an anti air. It also has auto-guard starting on the second frame, like its standing Z. Down+X+A serves as a second taunt. In the air, the ABC Special allows Brocken to fly straight through the air forward, being able to move up and down with Up and Down. The move can be cancelled whenever the player likes by pressing X+A again. It can cancel it right after it connects with the opponent, whether they are blocking or not, making this move very safe. The flight move causes knockdown as well, allowing Brocken space to breathe.
It is packed with excellent keepaway tools, sporting two projectiles, a mash Special that comes with three different ranges, and far reaching Normals.
