While Bowser is often portrayed as a very fierce and tough being, this version isn't quite able to capture this. Sure, comboing wouldn't be second nature for a creature as slow as Bowser, but it has no above average damage output. Add to this several missing Normals, and this Koopa King could easily be beaten.
Like most of J.NEWMAN's other characters, Bowser uses a six button layout, but many of them activate unused moves either when in the air or crouching. It has all of its standing Basics, but only (X), (Y), and (Y) can be used in the air (the second one also has no red hitbox) and only (Z) and (C) are used when crouching. The rest still give Power, as they link to unused Basics.
Another trait akin to the creator's other characters is that Bowser has no Specials or Hypers, giving it a limited moveset. In addition, Bowser also seems to have rather wonky hitboxes, as they change size during many of its moves.
Bowser seems to lack a custom A.I. Given how much works against it, Bowser makes for an easy opponent.
This character does not have any Special or Hyper Attacks.
This character does not have any victory quotes, meaning it uses the screenpack's default.
