Ben T. Looney is a character made by Ben Tannehill. He is his character used to voice his own opinions. He is enemies with Neb T. Yenool, a discorded version of him, and has a love-hate relationship to Looney T. Ben, a stoner version of him.
In M.U.G.E.N, Ben T. Looney has been created by SAYS. Though the actual character sprites themselves are custom-made, their quality leave a lot to be desired, and there's not exactly a whole lot of them, either. The non-effect animations are typically one or two frames long, making the animations incredibly jumpy and static.
SAYS' Ben T. Looney
Ben uses the EOH template with two hypers and no specials. Due to the lack of startup and cooldown times in his attack animations, pretty much all his regular attacks can combo the opponent indefinitely, his "Annoying Bliss (Pinkie)" can cancel into itself and the "Annoying Bliss (AO)" hyper, and his collision hitboxes are oversized, making him a bigger target than he should be.
