A rather easy version of Beavis to pick up and use, it manages to be very projectile oriented, with all of its Specials and one of its two Hypers involving various household objects being used or thrown. On the flip side, comboing doesn't seem to be this bunghole's niche.

Gameplay

BeavisSNES

Beavis primarily uses four buttons, with the other two (Z and C) being reserved for Beavis' two Hypers. Beavis isn't very combo heavy, but to make up for this, it has an abundance of projectiles.

Due to this, Beavis is an easy character to pick up. The abundance of projectiles seems to be a little redundant, but they all differ in speed and damage. These projectiles also don't have too much cool-down, making these attacks safe, not helped by the fact that many projectiles can be on the screen at once.

Another odd bug is that Beavis can repeatedly cancel its standing X into itself before the move even connects. Regarding hitboxes, Beavis is rather fair, but crouching X and Y, as well as Combo, miss up close.

Beavis doesn't seem to have a custom A.I implemented, making it an easy opponent. This entails that it jumps around and barely ever attacks.

Trivia

  • Many assets of the character, including Beavis' voiceclips and many of the move ideas, have been influenced or taken from by WlanmaniaX's Butt-Head character.
  • Despite not playing at all like said games, Beavis' hit sound effects come from Street Fighter III.
    • The Hyper effects have also been taken from the Capcom vs. SNK series.
  • The Hyper backgrounds seem to stay onscreen for a couple seconds after the move finishes.
